My training style...
I'm a dancer, choreographer, and former martial artist. I have a broad knowledge of movement, body mechanics, and how to program workouts that are both engaging and effective. You can expect to use of a wide variety of equipment and training methods. I design my sessions to focus on functional full body workouts that are structured progressively, and based on your own individual fitness level.
