I love putting together creative music playlists that both myself and my clients will enjoy.
I offer hour long sessions that are designed specifically to improve flexibility. These sessions have turned out to be a nice compliment to my regular full body workouts. An hour of guided stretching is pretty wonderful, and every BODY could use it!
