A quick and simple energy boost...
10 pitted dates (give or take)
1/3 cup shredded coconut
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 cup pistachios
1 tbsp matcha powder
1/2 cup raw almonds
The basic steps:
Chop just the nuts in a food processor before adding other ingredients.
Mix all ingredients except the Matcha Powder together in the food processor. Or, you can leave the Matcha powder out and use it to "dust"each ball one at a time.
Using a spoon (or hands) shape mixture into ping pong sized balls.
Use the Matcha powder to "dust"each ball by rolling them around in it one at a time.
Store in an airtight container (I use pyrex) and place in fridge for about 30 minutes to chill.
